FAQ

I can't check out for the date I want. What does that mean?

If the date you wish to arrange your Feastive delivery for is not available, it means we have sold out of boxes for that particular day or are closed for private events.

How much is delivery? Where do you deliver?
All of Feastive's meals include free delivery. We currently service areas of both Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Do you make any substitutions for dietary restrictions?
If you have an allergy, please send us an email at info@getfeastive.com about your order and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Where do your ingredients come from?
We are committed to providing our customers with the freshest, highest quality ingredients. We specify organic, free-range poultry, sustainable seafood and premium beef. We work closely with local suppliers to showcase seasonal, farm-fresh produce, while also securing exotic, difficult-to-find ingredients.

How often will you change your menu?
The Feastive menu will change seasonally. However, we will continue to rotate our roster of featured specials – stay tuned so you don’t miss out!

How many people does a Feastive meal feed?
Our meals are typically suited to groups of 4 to 6, depending on appetite. If you are anticipating a larger group, we highly suggest you try out two of our meals!

How do I reduce waste?

We are committed to reducing food waste by portioning ingredients. We also strongly encourage you to recycle or upcycle your packaging.

How far in advance to I have to order?
Because of the time and preparation that we put into each Feastive box, we require a minimum of three days advance notice.
